Refund Policy

At HK Solution, we strive to deliver high-quality services to all our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase or payment.

1. Webinar Registration Fee

This policy applies because:

• Webinar seats are limited and reserved immediately upon payment
• Content preparation and delivery costs are incurred regardless of attendance
• Digital services and training content cannot be returned

2. Rescheduling Policy

If HK Solution reschedules or cancels a webinar:

• All registered participants will be notified via WhatsApp and email
• Your registration will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled session
• If the rescheduled date is not convenient, you may request a credit for a future webinar session

3. Consultancy & Onboarding Services

For paid consultancy, Zomato/Swiggy onboarding, and FSSAI licensing services:

• Before Service Commencement: If you cancel before we begin work on your project, a refund of up to 50% may be considered after deducting processing charges.
• After Service Commencement: No refund will be issued once we have begun the onboarding or licensing process on your behalf.
• Service Failure: If HK Solution is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. FSSAI License Services

FSSAI licensing fees include government processing charges which are non-refundable once submitted. Service charges paid to HK Solution are refundable only if we have not yet submitted your application to the FSSAI portal.

5. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, contact us within 48 hours of payment:

• Email: info@hksolution.in with subject "Refund Request – [Your Name]"

• Include your full name, phone number, payment reference, and reason for refund request

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Razorpay processing timelines may apply additionally.

7. Payment Disputes

In case of any unauthorized or erroneous payment, please contact us immediately at info@hksolution.in. We will investigate and resolve genuine disputes promptly.

HK Solution is a food business consultancy providing services including Zomato & Swiggy onboarding assistance, FSSAI license support, business training webinars, and food business growth consultation. We operate through our website hksolution.in and via phone/WhatsApp at +91 9990161037.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing any service, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to be legally bound by these terms
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

3. Services

HK Solution offers the following services:

• Zomato and Swiggy restaurant onboarding assistance
• FSSAI food license registration support
• Live webinar training on food business operations
• Cloud kitchen setup and growth consultation
• Menu strategy and listing optimization

Service availability, pricing, and scope may change without prior notice. We will inform active clients of any significant changes.

4. Webinar Terms

• Webinar registration fee is ₹199 per participant (discounted from ₹2000)
• Registration fee is non-refundable once payment is completed
• Webinar joining link will be shared via WhatsApp and email before the session
• HK Solution reserves the right to reschedule webinars with prior notice to participants
• Participants must not record, share, or redistribute webinar content without written permission
• One registration is valid for one participant only

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed before service delivery begins
• HK Solution reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client of HK Solution, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information for service delivery
• Submit required documents in a timely manner
• Ensure your food business complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse our services for any unlawful purpose
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by HK Solution

7. Intellectual Property

All content on hksolution.in including text, graphics, logos, webinar content, training materials, and methodologies are the intellectual property of HK Solution and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

HK Solution acts as a consultancy and facilitator for food platform onboarding and licensing. We are not responsible for:

• Delays or rejections caused by Zomato, Swiggy, or FSSAI authorities
• Changes in platform policies that affect the onboarding process
• Any business losses arising from delays in platform approval
• Incorrect information provided by the client

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Disclaimer

HK Solution provides consultancy and assistance services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Zomato, Swiggy, or FSSAI. All platform registrations are subject to the respective platform's own terms, policies, and approval processes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

HK Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
